    Looks like DNI is struggling to meet their obligations with the arbitration ruling. The news release from DNI last night suggests they are scrambling to come up with the necessary funds. Could we end up with an interest back in Madagascar? Time will tell. Below is an excerpt from DNI's news release. The full release is available on the CSE website.
