    Looking at the listed property in Perth:

    I think there's tremendous value uplift to come for 141 St Georges Terrace. The property was purchased well, at the perfect point in the cycle, and has been managed perfectly to date with far more to come.

    Mill Green, purely in my opinion, has been valued quite strongly, and as such may not have as much growth in it. However! 1 Mill Street is an excellent redevelopment site which will eventually be unlocked and again provide great shareholder value.

    I can't speak to the income from AUM.

    These guys definitely know what they're doing. The market is now awash with the small spec suits and repurposed fitout that saw 5 Mill Street outperform - these guys did it first. 197 has been refurbished/maintained to present like a top class building, when in truth it's got some pretty average features. Again, outperformance.

    I'm not sure too much will be happening over the next 12 months, but your capital isn't at much risk from what I can see, and there's some strong upside coming.
