I don't think the LinkedIn lawsuit is of any significance
1) unlikely to be 1pg
2) these kinds of lawsuits are more just a way to scare people off from botting rather than anything that will result in large settlements. Botting is a bit of a grey area, you're violating the ToS but it happens everywhere and generally stops with a cease and desist notice or (if the botter is unidentifiable) through a lawsuit
3) happened in 2014 too, from brief looking around nothing major happened there despite the responsible party being discovered

Of course, brand damage if it WERE to be 1pg, but hey the brand isn't worth much to begin with
