You can ignore Skint but I've found his contribution to this chat to be very informative over the last 14 years.

Insofar as dosage. The reason I brought it up is because the rational don't make sense if you look at my previous comment. Can you explain it?

Insofar as dosage/Kg, look at the results from the primate study.

"The study compared daily oral doses of ATH434 (3 or 10 mg/kg) versus a vehicle (placebo) for 12-14 weeks after parkinsonian symptoms were evident."

But for humans that would equate to a dosage of 300 to 1000mg for a 100Kg human which is obviously way more than a 50 or 75mg pill. But it is way less than if humans were dosed at level of 50 or 75mg/Kg.
The dosing for the primate and human studies don't seem to correlate.
