Hi Skint, can you clarify the dose levels. Is it 50 or 75mg per Kg of patient (I believe with the primate study it was a per Kg dosing). I'm having trouble differentiating between a 100Kg man on the 75mg dose and a woman of 66kg on the 50mg dose. Concentration would be the same. i.e. 0.75 mg/Kg
