Anyone else notice that Jessica Rudd was singled out for a large pay rise that mostly offset the recent share purchase she made in response to criticism by the Australian SHAreholders Association? Seems wrong - the idea of directors buying shares is to show they have put their hand into their own pocket - AAC have effectively reimbursed her using shareholder funds so there are no embarrassing questions from shareholders at the AGM today.
