I've been a holder for over 12 months. Unfortunately, I hate to admit it but the sale appears to be the best option, unless another party come in with a better offer.

At this stage I'll be reluctantly favouring the sale.

A couple of recent examples of companies selling assets to stay afloat are "Rams" and "centro". It seems the most favoured option, but lets see what develops over the next 3 weeks. Could be interesting especially if someone comes in and buys a substantial parcel of shares.
