Hey Max,
I completely agree with you and it has been an expensive learning experience, but I think most investors have had this lesson at one time or another.
I sort of see SDL as more of a paid up front contractor as oppose to an employee. I have paid for job to be done, and looking at the worksite it is clear that nothing has been accomplished... however instead of firing them and losing everything I'm willing keep them on my books in case one day they do pull their finger out... as unlikely it may be.![]()
