Im mean i dont know where the level would be . But no deductions or minimizations etc to exist .

How all the businesses now that rely on governement welfare to exist would need adjustment for sure .

But just say you put everything is taxed at say a corporate rate or gst well flat rate and no deductions .

ie no claim backs at on anything . You earn it you pay it regardless of level of income or production .

ie a company pays same rate as a wage earner etc etc

Simply no opportunity to minimize a rate.

No governement intervention of the rate . its set its fixed everyone is equal to it .
