"If item 8.7 is less than 2 quarters, please provide answers to the following questions:
8.8.1 Does the entity expect that it will continue to have the current level of net operating
cash flows for the time being and, if not, why not?
Answer: No the entity does not expect the current level of net outgoing. The increased
costs were incurred during the quarter in relation to the execution and deliverable of
the planned DFS phase, the DFS is almost complete.
8.8.2 Has the entity taken any steps, or does it propose to take any steps, to raise further
cash to fund its operations and, if so, what are those steps and how likely does it
believe that they will be successful?
Answer: Yes. The Company manages cash flow through regular budgeting and forecasting.
In addition, the Company has demonstrated its ability to secure funds when
required and is confident that it will be able to continue to do so."

If VR8 do deliver DFS... wont it actually mean they are approaching a similar point to where AVL currently is?
I do note:

"The Company’s DFS is currently within budget and on time for September 2022 completion. With the
imminent finalisation of the DFS, the appointment of HCF will accelerate the Company towards Final
Investment Decision.

HCF also agreed to receive part of its fees in shares at VR8’s election."

If they have a finance advisor - who AVL coincidentally also use as per announcement 16/9/21 ... could it become a race as to who obtains FiD first??? either way... current market for vanadium is only going to improve IMO - with US critical minerals designation and demand... why is AVL taking so long with BFS?
