I agree with you. I tried living in a flat once..... way back in the 70's. only lasted 6 months. and a second time in a Pyrmont terrace.... again only lasted 6 months.

but qtr acre blocks are no longer the norm. the future for every city now is medium to high density housing.

Sydney was once the largest city in the world by land coverage. we all loved our own little qtr acre. a good backyard for kids play and growing vegies, a fernery and flowers growing in the sun.
