wishful thinking UT. there are a lot of people easily swayed when the duopoly fail to provide the good governance we all expect.
the greens are taking some strongly populist lines, such as pretending they can fix the rental crisis, which as we all know is unable to be "fixed" by market means. there are real socialists out there who don't understand what politicians can and can't do.
but as we've seen every election, not understanding what politics can do doesn't stop people believing lies.
