    UPside is still the cash being thrown off by existing producers. Company obviously not in a hurry to demonstrate to the market the potential a combined Hoffer/Hermes adds to its other wells.

    Either way with ARW written down and debt/D&A etc decreasing the vhigh oil/gas spot prices will feed thru into a vsignificant NPAT increase.
