Burkina Faso, yes, it's not beyond reproach, neither are they members of the First World.
However, B.F are NOT presently threatened by the UN with Commercial\Economic sanctions, neither do they have almost the Entire Western World against them....
And of-course, Burkina Faso are not loaded with petro-dollars at the moment....So pecuniary they are in a very weak position to settle such a dispute by forking out $200 million......
