Sentiment to FND is changing gradually but because it is illiquid demand could swamp the offers at some point. Punters turned off FND due to now historical reasons years old. FND is tightly controlled by institutions and resource funds, when they release the pressure this thing will run hard and fast.
I have some suspicions it has been held back for an opportunistic takeover offer, time will tell on that.
