Iron ore price have only come off by about 7% while groups like FMG & AGO are down around 30% over the same period.
Iron ore groups are being heavily shorted by the big funds. There will be some short covering over the next couple weeks so there could be a nice ST return but the fundamenetals havnt changed so buying at these prices in the LT will be a very good option.
