I am interested in MOZ and think there is a lot of potential especially there is not much hard coking coal company around. However I am concern about the exploration license. Can someone explain to me how does it work. What happen if it finds coal and does not have a license to explore. Does it mean that the government can refuse the granting of the coal license then. Does anybody know what happen to Riversdale in its early phase of exploration for coal. Was it the same circumstances as MOZ. Great to hear your views.
