They have to do the drilling to get more of the inferred resource into the proven/probable category. It will help lift the company by being able to convert more into this category. All costly but necessary. As for being able to put 50moz into an inferred resource category - a hell of a lot of drilling has to be done and this is difficult because a lot of the reefs are situated under the township therefore access is very difficult to conduct surface drilling.
