It may be possible for a slight increase but it wont increase it an additional 40moz for it to be JORC compliant based on one drill hole - actually I am sure of it. To prove that much up it will require a lot more drilling. Lynch is playing with words by insinuating one hole could dramatically increase the inferred reserves to 50moz.
I absolutely agree with you that there is a greater need to increase the proven/probably ore reserves. This will give the company some more confidence in the marketplace as will the steady increases in production.
I do believe the field has a lot of potential but much more exploration drilling does need to be done to prove it up.
