its starting to flow into asia, along with the stimulous package out of the US, i think if bank stocks can start clawing back, equity can be raised all we need is a spark and a run and things will start to flow u unblock equity and funding markets, this will then start to put confidence back in capital gains will then start to flow thro to better equity raisings and will then flow into the wider economy
