    I agree about your leuter article headline.

    Pulling out would be like some chracter in a film threatening to jump off a balcony and say I will jump...you don't believe me...I will..REALLY...LOL !

    If they break the deal. China Inc getting the IO province is probably over. They can't go to Biya direct. Why tie oneself in a knot over $150M in loose change tell you something seriouly wrong about the Chinese pysche.

    If they adhere to the deal, there is the LEGAL issue of reneging on the agreed to terms.
