Personally I think its got nothing to do with the oil price. What I believe is happening is a company bought alot of shares a while back maybe in 2012, this company lend money to another company about 4 million doller to a company that went Bust and fell into administration. So now that company who has lent the money to the company that went banked robed is selling its share's here before it also go's into Administration. Thats what im thinking nothing to do with 88E.
