NIMBYS have no place in such matters. Lancashire is dotted with rotting, squalid old coal miners' villages like Burnley which has the lowest property prices in the UK, homelessness, appalling houses with damp and decay, homeless, huge welfare dependency, local government destitution, and poverty at the worst level.
