I found a couple of articles in the press about an Estonian registered company called Augur Investments, coincidentally with the same (or very similar) name to the Estonian company which has offered to purchase the Winchester asset.

Now I don't know if the company mentioned in the articles is the same company we're interested in, but I hope not, because the company mentioned in these articles is into some seriously shifty stuff involving a Zimbabwe government minister and maybe even Russian spies. It would be good for a laugh if I didn't have money on the line here.
