I think we are starting to see some stability returning....looks like a base is beginning to form....Once confidence in the market starts to return prices should head back up..it may happen quite fast once that happens..
It's always risky trying to get in at the lows but 24 is a strong support line...hasn't been lower since late 2005 so it's a good entry level for me...
