Sydney - Friday - October 7: (RWE Australian Business News) - Computershare Ltd (ASX code: CPU) today released a statement in response to media speculation concerning its potential participation in a consortium involving Macquarie Bank Ltd (ASX code: MBL) relating to a possible offer for the London Stock Exchange.
"Computershare wishes to confirm that it has no intention of investing in or acting in concert with any consortium or any other offeror for London Stock Exchange plc," Computershare said.
Shares in Computershare opened down 1c to $6.57 today.
