They have already made approach for the JV. The sticking point is EXT management. It is not compatible with the objectives of KAH. They, KAH, want to monetise their investment and not spent the next 20 years holding onto it. Sovereign countries and big miners are more longterm looking so the middle ground will be struck. It is not if but when. That I leave it to the experst looking for clues and indications.
