I doubt it. S32 is not exactly "green", still has met coal and aluminium which consumes an enormous amount of energy. You could say it is producing metals which will be necessary for the transition to renewable energy but I wouldn't call it green. Also probably would be seen as a bit of flunk to demerge something then buy it back, what with the transaction and management costs etc
