Totally agree the 9.5 cents move was a false break, the stock is still on path to reach at least 30 cents min, I feel that will still happen in the shorter term, I have bought quite a bit of this stock and bought more at 10 cents just recently. If ever there was a stock to buy after a major fall then prr would be my number 1 pick ATM.
