    Very Interesting

I know nothing about how state royalties are charged but this topic raises some questions in my mind:

    a) Are state royalties charged at the point of extraction or on the ore value after benefication?

    b) If the former (at the point of extraction), could RSPT be LESS than state royalties?

    c) If so, will the royalties be credited 100% in which case the RSPT could actually increase BRM's taxable profit?

Although I would rather the RSPT is scrapped altogether, if it is modified to be less harsh and if it ends up being advantageous to BRM, I will be happy enough.
