    loooooooooooool ANZ will implode if it tries to take on SGB, besides ANZ's strategy is far more international.

    I'm thinking we're going to see lots of pissed off SGB shareholders forcing Westpac to make a slightly higher offer or possibly a big, well-capitalised bank or private equity firms having a sniff at SGB.

    Most likely Westpac will take it though.
