From the newsletter in February, I take this too mean they will be raising more or maybe they wont and an upcoming deal will fund it all. And like I said before, if the price hits 1.8c I might re-enter and I very much doubt that anything I am saying on here is helping the price go lower and I certainly don't give advice.
