Maybe, but no amount of buying at this point is going to have a real impact on Orbis average price.
I have input this data into a spreadsheet and am happy to email it to you if you like.
Like I have said before, all things being equal there is only between 1.4 and about 8% of total issued stock in CER available to trade.
Their average price is about 27 cents.
