    They did need to ring Orbis as they rang before the announcement you refer to was issued. Orbis lied to the hc poster or the hc poster lied here - It's one or the other.

    Clintonesque likeiehood is hc poster asked are you selling CER and person who responded answered no as they are a net accumualor. BUT they were not asked if they were a net accumulator.
