To pay the debt they need revenue. Ad market has collapsed.
I'd argue the net benefit to the balance sheet is better if they don't have AFL games or even Cricket. Cost of rights fees and production would well outweigh revenue collection.
Remember in 2021 they will have to pay massive rights fee for Olympics as well.
I just can't see how you can be bullish on this stock right now, regardless how cheap it is.
Only way out is if a big dog overseas company looks to buy out.
