The Project Blue people (ex Roskill) say they are tracking 17 non Chinese deposits as Chinese reserves are waning. Most of these 17 are struggling to make it to production. When demand increases and supply can't respond, then price goes up. It would be good to see some sharp upward move in price. I think you would see investors become very interested.
The other thing to note is the large seller (approx 40m shares) that has been selling all year is likely to have finished or near enough. Every time there has been positive news put out by EQR. Any upward movement has been sold into by the seller. This hopefully won't happen in the future.
