Great chart to show what manipulation does. An out of favour sector and the fund managers can buy or sell much more than the retail investor can and they can dictate the price. I am looking longer view though, as I am also in the camp of wait till the earnings reports come out. Eventually, the Australian oilers will be bought up for their fundamentals and value. If the Bank of America is right, they predict $100 oil next year. The out of favour sector will finally have its day. All in my not important opinion.
