    Curious about this.
    Looks like OSH (blue) was already falling behind the energy index (purple) in 2017.
    Probably by about 30% over 2017-2020. Currently a bit closer to 40% as an eyeball.

    Is there really a gap to fill here?
    Can someone point me in the right direction to clear that up as DD?
