Lundin Petroleum have the Oudna well adjacent to Audax & Cooper offshore Tunisian assets and seem quite happy extracting up to 20,000 barrels per day from the Oudna field. A number of exploration prospects have been identified on the Oudna licence with a combined unrisked gross STOIIP of over 80 MMstb.

They have the Birsa & Zelfa fields as well. The undeveloped Birsa discovery has three wells which found and tested oil and gas at rates of up to 4560 boepd. 3D seismic data exists over the discovery. The Birsa discovery is estimated to have gross STOIIP of over 60 MMstb.

There are other discoveries in the Northern Hammamet Gulf and, no doubt there will be more; let's hope that both Audax & Coopers are both successful and the day traders watching both companies so intently, without current cash outlay, get their fill.
