I'll take it at face value because I know of your strong following of COE and frequent communications with MS, plus the email is posted if anyone wants to check.
Puts to bed the COE/ADX scenario and gives an insight into what another industry professional, who knows the region, thinks of the Sambuca acreage, ie, very high risk.
Interesting point from Goodoil and Dexter re last Preso. Not much focus on Sambuca. Wouldnt surprise me if ADX let the June rig option lapse and concentrate on the onshore permits.
