I was wondering what could be behind the current negative sentiment towards CUO. I realise that it could be simply the general market trend impacting, but I also had noticed the apparent slow take up of the CUO offer. From memory there was only around 20%+ of the MXX acceptances in at the last sustantial shareholder notice. That does not seem to be many considering factors of:

. funds and other major shareholders have had plenty of notice with which to consider their positions so that they should have already made their decision and only need to submit the notice;

. the first acceptance date is only 2 weeks away.

Bearing in mind the information contained in the independent experts report about the value of MXX, it may be that shareholders are sitting on their hands. It would be good to hear what MXX directors have done with their acceptances.
