I take your points however MPL is partly offering a govt welfare service which now needs to be looked at seriously for the Feds to pay one way or the other. If Telstra can extract money from the Feds then why not MPL and this will be up to the board to tackle if they have the ticker. It is my opinion that the Feds in concert with the bankers and brokers handling the public float may have possibly knowingly or unknowingly duped the initial DPL shareholders and this needs to be looked at seriously. It is for this reason MPL has more upside than downside imo. DYOR.
