Good Morning,

The market update confirmed.
• Cash position
• “SEVERAL PARTIES HAVE NON BINDING PROPOSALS”
• “The company is in discussions with a number of parties WITH TUNGSTEN PROJECTS in north Queensland as well as potential international PARTNERS”.
• The Chairman clearly said we were at a Turning point. (Positive)
• “Independent Scoping Study” timing 30 Sept.
• Directors HAPPY to take share instead of $$$$$.
• After the “Independent Scoping Study” is complete THEY HAVE A CLEAR PLAN I would suggest encompassing the above.
• I am confident that MLX and others are in there thought process but it was not discussed.

The very difficult think is that I was the only truly independent Shareholder and the other 6 to 9 attendees were Icon hands on people.

My ears were flapping and I head the industry mentors with a united committed plan.(As expected)

Yes I am a once fustrated fan but I FIND IT DIFICALT TO COMMENT ANY FURTHER.
