HPM at the heart of Europe where the policy settings are geared to supporting local supplier etc etc. EVs, Megan batteries proposed across the EU. It's win win.
I personally think many have been caught up in the Li boom and have not bothered to deep dive battery operations and have therefore not fully appreciated the move to Mn cathodes.
