why would they give a covid extension when there was no real holdup to the project because of it.......these guys aren’t drilling and weren’t planning to last year, vast majority of work was desk based stuff so could have easily proceeded without i any impact from covid at all.
.......and should we mention that they’ve already had the permit for 5 years and done nothing with it?
I see no reason to extend a permit for a company that hasn’t acted previously. Just a waste of everyone’s time really.
