Australia is a very very small market. lots of inexeperienced retailers vs majority trading fund managers. Sure, we are manipulated in everywhere not just SXY. Friday is always a profit taking day, so is Monday morning regardless of what other markets do. As much as we would like a healthy sharemarket but the braves are few here, value investing does not exist unless they are immediate gain to be had. It sums up the immaturity of a small sharemarket.

Sxy glory days will come as share price shall follow business regardless of what the short term subjective sharemarket opinion is, which we will leave that to traders for their daily business activities. It only takes 1-2 successful stock picks to change one's fortune. We will see if this one will break free from those short chains with the upcoming results in 2 weeks. I surely can't wait to see it with my eyes wide open!
