If the UBS recommendation has changed today, there could be a slight response.
I haven't checked it out yet though.
It is stalling at the moment. The sellers seem to have hit their limit. This could be the low before the March 20th minor recovery- but, who knows. The 7c seems to be the equilibrium at the moment. It hangs around there alot.
But, don't leave all your eggs in this one...
