th8410: All purely JIMHO. Basically, it all depends on how much information the private entity wants/cares to communicate. My former experience with Flow Energy was NOT a positive one for certain. The one thing you can still follow is SER's shareprice, which will consist of all of SER's other assets as well as a valuation of 20% of ULEY. Others' comments most welcome.
