    An excellent result.

BXP should be able to build on this as success builds on success.
More billers= more customers, which in turn will encourage more billers & more customers

Enormous growth potential and the momentum is building.

Over the next year or so the shares should show considerable improvement from their current price of 18 cents.

Well worth having a closer look.

    I hold.

BILL EXPRESS STICKS TO ITS BILLING

Melbourne, 17 October 2006 - Bill Express Limited (ASX: BXP) is pleased to

announce that the number of bills presented for payment through their bill payment

system has risen significantly, with total billings for the quarter ending 30 September

2006 increasing by 34% over last years corresponding period. This equates to an

annualised value of bills being processed by the Bill Express network being in excess

    of $1.5 billion.

"This continued increase of our billing income is a result of the additional billing being

generated from the foundation laid in our first two years of operation. The billing

transaction growth is driving increased revenue and profits through the service fees

generated by the increased transaction levels," said Ian Christiansen, Chief Executive

    Officer of Bill Express Limited.

Furthermore the company is pleased to announce that new record sales of prepaid

were achieved for the months of July, August and September 2006. Dialtime revenue

million). This was an increase of 64.2% compared to corresponding period in 2005.
