With the public spat between Coles and CCL one can only imagine Woolworths probably have the same feelings on CCL. I wonder would it be worthwhile for CCL to purchase Gage Roads Brewing (GRB) once their beer embargo (after CCL's beer portfolio sale to Fosters) expires at year end?? This may give them some leverage against Woolworths as they brew quite a bit of Woolies own brands. No doubt would need to be a hostile takeover as Woolies currently own 25.1% of GRB.
